Piety Piety. Effects of Divine Magic/Affects how quickly you learn Divine Magic.
Vitality Physical fitness. Affects the amount of HP increase when leveling up/the success rate of resurrection magic.
Agility Quickness. Attack evasion/affects how fast your turn turns.
Luck Luck. Success rate when appraising treasure chests / success rate when disarming traps. There seems to be an effect of + on various other actions, such as the drop rate of treasures.

* The author confirmed that the maximum random attribute point value at the time of character creation is up to 29. It seems that initial creation is not possible because the points required for loading and ninja are not displayed when creating a character.
(The minimum attribute point required for a lord is 33 halfling points.)

Halfling Tribe

Samurai need 25 points, so they can be created initially if you persist.
STR is the lowest value, but they are the only race with high Luck, so if you don’t want to spend time on a treasure hunt for +1 equipment, you can use this halfling to create a versatile character,

Overall Considerations

Vitality (amount of HP increase when leveling up) for all classes,
Agility (order of attack in battle) is also important, so you want to make it as high as possible.
Luck should be higher, but only if it is raised around level 7-9, when you are treasure hunting for +1 equipment,
It is fine to put it off a bit, but you want to raise the average Luck of your party to a maximum value of around 18.
(The average Luck value of the party should be around the maximum value of 18.)
Therefore, the initial attribute point value should be 20 or more. Note that if you make up only elves and dwarves, their Luck value will inevitably be low.
